Azets debauchery corporate tax official for Aberdeen office

Accounting firm Azets hired Frazer Nicol to lead a new corporate tax team in the firm’s Aberdeen office.

He joins as Tax Director of the Aberdeen office of Anderson Anderson & Brown.

Nicol has experience in both practice and industry advising a range of clients on corporate tax matters in the UK and overseas.

He will now be responsible for leading a team advising corporate clients on tax compliance, tax structuring, overseas expansion, permanent establishment risk, transfer pricing and cross-border financing.

Azets Regional Managing Partner David Booth said: “We are delighted to have Frazer join our rapidly growing office – his extensive technical expertise and sales experience will be a major asset to our company as we build the line of corporate tax services in the Northeast. from Scotland.

Earlier this year, the Aberdeen office of Azets announced plans to create an additional 20 or more jobs by 2023 in a range of positions, from interns to managerial positions.
