Curtin University Dubai’s 6th Annual DEWA Business Cup Challenge Awards Ceremony took place on December 6, 2021. The ceremony was a celebration of the outstanding achievements and innovative solutions offered by high school and college students. participating academics. The winners were congratulated in the presence of Dr Hesham Ismail, head of the 4IR (fourth industrial revolution) research group and head of TAD (technological advancement and demonstration) at the DEWA R&D center; the BCC Game Master and CEO of the group, Daniel Adkins; Dean of Teaching and Learning and Director of the School of Business and Humanities, Associate Professor Anna Tarabasz; representatives of the BCC organizing committee; and team mentors.

The Blue Leopards team from the American University of Sharjah said: “The BCC competition was a great opportunity for us to put our theoretical knowledge into practice by solving the business case studies. Curtin Dubai has confirmed the challenge’s return in 2022 under the theme ‘Sustainability’ and has extended the invitation to all grade 10-13 students in the UAE to participate in this rewarding educational challenge.
