Education for Jobs marks 130,000 graduates with event in Dubai

Dubai: Education for Employment (EFE), an organization focused on youth employment, reached the milestone of 130,000 graduates, which was marked by an event held in Dubai.

“Despite tough economic times in 2021, we had a 93% graduation rate, which placed 75% in jobs,” said Andrew Baird, President and CEO of EFE Global. “We have organized 437 online and offline courses on the EFE network. Dubai is a hub for innovation, knowledge and opportunity, and what better place to highlight this important achievement and invite our partners, CEOs and Board members from across the region.

More than 3,800 employer partners have hired alumni of EFE since its inception, including 280 partners in the first three quarters of 2021. In addition, more than 80,000 women have graduated through the EFE program.

EFE has more than 3,000 partners, including Accenture, Bank of America, Boeing, Cartier Philanthropy, Chanel Foundation, Citi Foundation, Dell and Google.
